Eastside neighborhoods include Upper Arlington, Euclid Heights, and The Alameda. Middletown Regional Hospital used to anchor the area, but is now being redeveloped into multi-family housing. The city's highest quality homes and estates constructed between 1920 and 1950 were constructed on the eastside's gently rolling hills.
