Corryville is one of the main hubs of the University of Cincinnati. Locally known for Short Vine, a collection of restaurants (mostly local), shops, grocery store, and Bogart's, the local off-campus music venue for UC students, Corryville also is one of the most urban neighborhoods in the city. Mostly attached and detached rowhouses with newer infill apartment and condo buildings, Corryville is one of the main student population centers. The neighborhood's most famous restaurant is the Mecklenburg Gardens, one of the most famous German restaurants in the country, complete with a beer garden.
