Bond Hill is one of the city's "newer" neighborhoods. Primarily an old railroad suburb on the B&O line, Bond Hill is in the northern section of the city. Annexed in 1903, the city lies along Reading Rd (pronounced "Red-ing") and is made up mostly of middle-class and poor African Americans. Mostly Pre-WWII housing, the neighborhood does have some very nice Tudor and Queen Anne styled homes. The neighborhood is also the home of the Cincinnati Gardens, home of the the Mighty Ducks minor league hockey.     Â
