Roseville (pop: 1,936) lies along the Mohahala Creek on the border of Perry and Muskingum Counties. Rosewood was once one of Ohio's biggest names in pottery, right up with Weller and Rockwood. The actual Roseville Company relocated to Zanesville in 1900, however, and closed their Roseville operations in 1910.
