Midtown was once the "Great White Way" of St. Louis. Midtown is a packed with high-brow cultural amenities such as the Fox Theatre, Powell Symphony Hall, the Black Rep, the Contemporary Art Museum, and the Pulitzer Foundation for the Arts. Recently, Midtown has enjoyed renewed investment, particularly along formerly-desolate blocks of Locust and Olive streets.
