Delaware, The First State, is the second smallest state in the country (only Rhode Island is smaller). Only bordering Maryland and Pennsylvania (New Jersey...kinda), Delaware is the home of beautiful beaches and no sales tax. Let me say that again, NO SALES TAX. Thus, it is a shopping paradise for some (and for insurance/credit card companies). From Brandywine to Dover, the First State should not be missed.
