Toledo
Toledo, an 81 sq mi city of 309,106, is Ohio's fourth largest city and sixth largest metropolitan area (behind Akron, Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Cleveland) at around 620,000 and, including the Fremont area, around 700,000. Built inside an old swamp, the city, although flat, has wonderful lakefront access and is one of the largest inland ports in the country. The Glass City is home of some of the most ornate and elaborate architecture in the state, with a world famous art museum, zoo, and Tony Packo's, the city's signature restaurant along with other various cultural institutions, the University of Toledo, Fortune 500 companies, the humongous Jeep factory, and even the country's largest mosque. A city of contrast, Toledo will continue to grow and impress visitors to the hub of Northwest Ohio!
