• Oak Harbor (pop: 2,841) is a small village in Ottawa County. While its name may bring expectations for a harbor centric, nautical town, Oak Harbor resembles many of the other agri-centric towns in Northwest Ohio. A keyhole shaped opening on one of the commercial blocks adds a distinctive architectural feature to the small downtown.
