Bowling Green (pop: 29,636) is the county seat of Wood County and the home of Bowling Green State University. Bowling Green has a wonderful courthouse along with a very active "college" downtown. It is located about 20 miles south of downtown Toledo and has a decent collection of historic housing and...well...windmills.
