Warren (pop: 46,832) is the smaller twin city northwest of Youngstown and the county seat of Trumbull. The city is in a metropolitan area of about 600,000. The city is blessed to have one of the most beautiful courthouses in the state along with a beautiful town square. Located along the Mahoning River, Warren delights visitors with its cute downtown shopping, beautiful residential architecture, and ample recreation along the river. A true gem.
