Olde Town East has the greatest variety of architecture in the city. The neighborhood is rather large, stretching from downtown all the way to the Bexley border along several east-west streets. The home of Franklin Park, Olde Town East showcases the Conservatory, one of the most beautiful in the country. The neighborhood is undergoing gentrification with a healthy mix of lower, middle, and even upper income residents moving into 19th century mansions, ornate town homes, and rowhomes. The neighborhood is very diverse with blacks, whites, Hispanics, and a little Arab presence. One of UrbanOhio's favorite neighborhoods in Ohio, Olde Town East is a gem of Columbus. Hopefully, it continues to be polished.
