Building Cincinnati's Man of the Year

Does anyone have a pic of this grand house?

From the 2/12/06 PD:

Mansion owner takes on titanic restoration

Lakewood - Sako Satka bought a $610,000 fixer-upper.

With broken pipes, no heat and water-damaged plaster crumbling to the floor, the historic Lake Avenue mansion would be enough to intimidate most renovators, but not this Albanian immigrant who made his money running parking lots near Jacobs Field and buying and selling two pieces of downtown real estate.

"I believe, I believe," Satka said recently as he trudged through the muddy yard of the 4,700-square-foot home that he bought at a sheriff's sale last fall.

That's an awesome house, and I am damn glad that the yahoo who wanted to sell it off piece by piece sold it whole, instead.

Satka is a criminal. Lets just say it involves postage stamps and amtrack tickets.

There's been a lot of work going on at this house.  All the bushes and brush have been cleared out for new landscaping I presume.

Thinking about making an offer Mayday or looking to see if anybody on UO was interested? Anybody have any friends or family that are moving back to Cleveland after living in the DC, Boston or NYC areas that are looking for a screaming deal?

to bad it's not on the eastside.  It's a nice property.  If it was near UC it would be a prime flip.
