I had a feeling when I sent the court info to Waverly Auction that this was coming. MAYBE preservationists win this one?
It would appear that based on court records, ONLY the Sherriff and USBANK have ownership interest and therefore would be the ONLY ones with any legal authority to enter that house.
I hope the neighbors keep an eye out and if someone starts yanking things out . They should Call the Sheriff immediately!
