The house has gotta be 965 burton Ave. It was on the market FOREVER (at $100k) and isn't any more.
and it happens to have 25 rooms.
While I agree that it will be a shame to strip an old house of its fixtures, no one is going to rehab that place in the near future if ever. The neighborhood is a nightmare and the house itself has lost a lot of the roof. It would take TONS of money to make the place livable
It appears as if someone bought the place to do exactly what is being done and tear it down.
