THANK GOD for this. That website was nothing but hate speech and libel. It's shocking that the kids who posted on there are even in college. Anyone who anonymously spreads hate and lies is a complete coward who doesn't belong anywhere near a university.

Who cares? Who would go to that site anyway? Trash. I hate people who gossip. They don't have anything better to do.

^People at the Ohio schools loved it. It was just pathetic, but many, many students at our schools visited that site. The haters on there are just sad excuses for human beings. They represent the scum of the earth- total cowards. If you can't talk sh!t to someone's face, don't talk sh!t at all. The anonymity brought out the worst in college kids.

I'm surprised it stuck around that long.  People think they have the right to free speech on the internet but that's hardly the case.  You are on 'private property' wherever you go, and most webspace providers have very strict rules regarding what content you have on your site.  I'm surprised their provider allowed this site to continue to exist after, I'm assuming, many complaints.

^and lawusits/subpoenas. There were many death threats and threats of physical harm on juicycampus. Threats are not protected speech. Lies are not protected speech.

You can say almost whatever you want and have your own opinion (no matter how hateful), but you can't threaten people, spread obvious libel about them, and yell fire in a crowded theater. Juicy campus had quite a lot of the latter.
