Good Fellows Hall: Good Fellows Hall at 1306 Main Street is a five loft condominium development, with prices ranging from the mid-$200,000's to $400,000.

Riverfront Transit Center: The Riverfront Transit Center remains mostly unused, catering only to tourist lines. Although it was funded with public monies, the public is not allowed to see this seemingly pork-barrel project.

20 Streetcar Proposal: Various agencies are starting to advertise to clients that their selected property will be on the future streetcar alignment.
