On Saturday I organized a group of Cincinnati bloggers to tour a few of the new projects that will be coming on line in OTR in the somewhat near future. Only one of the buildings will be on the Downtown Tour of Living this coming Saturday, but the rest are a peek into the future of OTR.

38. Over on Pleasant Street now for the City Home project currently underconstruction. These are single-family townhouses that are being marketed towards families...particularly those who have children attending the K-12 School of Creative and Performing Arts just a couple blocks away.
