I think some of you have seen my Old St. George photographs, but I am representing them along with photos from Stearns and Foster. Enjoy! 1  2  3  4  5  6  7  8  9  10  11 The street was open to traffic. This really doesn't look like a very safe (or proper) demolition.  12  13  Hope you enjoyed my perspective on these places!

I went to Cincinnati two weekends ago to photograph Old St. George, and made a stop at my old haunting grounds -- Stearns and Foster. You do know I have a relationship with abandoned buildings, right?

St. George is a special place for me. Back in the "good" old days, Sunday was the day to call home, one, 10 minute call a week, no cell phones, no internet, had to write letters!
Anyway, I had to force myself to get up on Sunday mornings and take that "long" walk from Dabney to St. George because I knew my mother would ask me what the gospel was when I called in the afternoon!
