Its too bad that you had to endure a gloomy spring break.  We had beautiful weather here in Cincy!!! (cough).  Anywho...gotta loves these balconies!

Wow, I like the color. I wish more buildings in the midwest had more color. Might bright up those long winter months.

This one is new since my last visit.  Is it near the train tracks to the north? 



Wilmington seems to be reinventing itself.  Becoming quite the tourist city, especially since it has to compete with so many other great cities along the coast.  Wonderful set of pics.  Thanks for sharing your visit (including the rain showers) with us.

Plus it has a coastal area which I'm always fond of.
