I love how these palm trees look awkwardly tall...I noticed it in the previous LA thread, but its just tooo funny!  I had to comment:

Wow, that's a pretty impressive compilation of photos!  I'm glad to see that through your lens you don't see LA in the same negative light that many others do.  You definately brought out the beauty in this city.  Where were the "down the PCH" photos taken?

alrighty now -- real urban downtown action this time.

something sad i read is that those giant palm trees lining the streets are dying off fast and since they cost thousands of dollars now they are not being replaced. i dk if anything is being done about it, i can't imagine not having them out there.

LA gets a bad wrap but sure has a lot of beauty along with the not so beautiful (status quo for any city). Awesome shots!
