Duties:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including skill in group presentation and group consensus development. Ability to think independently, execute professional judgment on technical issues, and interacts professionally with clients, state and university representatives, and contractors.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the development of major and minor capital facilities in a university setting or similar complex environment. Proven record of success managing multiple projects in excess of $25 million. Extensive computer skills in AutoCAD and project management scheduling software. Experience designing or managing LEED Certified Projects. Demonstrated creativity in drawing skills and design expertise. Expertise in 3-D computer modeling and/or freehand rendering techniques. Previous supervisory experience.
